mod rewrite url dynamic to static

I spent whole day behind this but it seems that it is going over my head. Can anyone help me to change my dynamic urls to static?

[domain.com...]

to

[domain.com...]

or something like that?

Please provide exact code to be placed in the .htaccess file as I'm not an expert on it.

I would really appreciate it ...
