I tried hard doing this myself but could not get it to work!

I have a website that has categories like this:

http://www.domain.com/index.php?page=index_v1&c=2

and from here Sub categories like:

http://www.domain.com/index.php?page=index_v2&id=207&c=2

Another example:
http://www.domain.com/index.php?page=index_v1&c=4

and

http://www.domain.com/index.php?page=index_v2&id=279&c=4

canybody just help me rewrite it anyways you like. Once you help me move from here, I think I can then tweak a little bit to move further.

nakulgoyal,

Please tell us what goal you are trying to accomplish. Otherwise, we can't tell what kind of rewrite you might need, or even recommend a WebmasterWorld site search phrase to find what you are looking for.

As stated in our charter [webmasterworld.com], we will be happy to help you get your own code working, but we prefer to discuss mod_rewrite issues, and not write your code for you.
