apache bandwidth limiting and throttling

Hi all

Is there an apache module that I can use to limit and throttle (throttle not as important) a members directory...this would not be vhosts or apache user, it would be a directoy of a member of our members site.

The server is a deticated Redhat Apache Server and I have root access and can install any modules I wish.

any ideas?

Look into Apache mod_throttle for Apache 1.3x, or mod_bandwidth for Apache 2.x
