I installed a module, it was called websitePHP. I don't know what it does or how to use it. I see Fantastico has chat, blog and some other interesting things. After I install one of these then what do I do? I don't see anything that shows me what to do next and not being familiar with this I would like to use it but don't know how.

Usually during the install process you enter what directory you want to put the script in. Once you install it you would then go to yourdomain.com/blog for example, and the script should run.
IMHO Fantastico is a bit like WYSIWYG HTML editors - eventually you need to get your hands dirty and get under the hood. I prefer to download the latest, updated version of a script and install it myself.
