multiple sub-domains with mod rewrite

I'm transfering a site that has subdomains to another ISP I use. This created the problems that I have multiple subdomains.

such as:
subdomain1.site1.com
subdomain2.site1.com

Tranfer site1 to domain pointer at other ISP
site1.site2.com

How can I get my subdomains to work using mod_rewrite so

http://subdomain1.site1.com gets files from

www/site2/site1/subdomain1
