Country redirect

is there an easy way to redirect all countries except EU and USA..
lets say countries EU go page 1, USA go page 2 and the rest of the world goes page 3.
I read thats done be ip range, but where do i figure out what countrie got what ip range?

An easy way? No.

The reason is that IP address blocks are not assigned by country. They are assigned in the order requested, resulting in a very mixed-up list of IP-address-to-country assignments.

I'd suggest a search on "GeoIP" for more information about services you can use, and alternatives.
