Why is that: nobody httpd <defunct>

I saw some logs on TOP output like this:
27426 nobody 9 0 0 0 0 Z 1.0 0.0 0:00 1 httpd <defunct>
About 8-9 lines like that.
Is this a problem on apache user nobody and httpd <defunct>?
