Help, Please. I'm stuck

Apache block me out from other host

My Platform is Windows XP Professional SP2 wtih Apache 2. I write the following code in my page:
<a href='http://myHost/DocForDownload.doc'>MyDoc</a>
I can download the file from my own host, but if I try to download the file from other host. It shows the message followed(Something like that...):

Forbiden :
You have no permission to access the directory**%^*(&..Apache..^%*&

Help, I'm stuck here.

Are all hosts on the same network. Have you made sure that all computers within the network are able to communicate with each other.

Try making a request for an internal ip address as opposed to a hostname.

I can't download via other IP. I'm stuck, still...
I build the server with my own computer for fun...
