Server Management Services

What server management company are you using?

I was with [a managed server company]. but now their service is too bad (last time I waited 45 min on the phone before talking to anyone) so I moved to [a different hosting provider]. But I now need to find a good server management company to help me with the server-related issues.

I have been with [a server management service] but their knowledge feels a bit restrictive...

I am looking for people with more experience.
