Creating subdomain accounts for users

Can I create individual accounts for users..?

OK, first of all here is what I am using with my domain:

Operating system: Linux
Apache version 1.3.28 (Unix)
PERL version 5.8.0
cPanel Build 8.5.4-RELEASE 7
Theme cPanel X v2.2.5

Now, the question. I have a domain www.domain.org, in which I already have several subdomains set up. I want to be able to give individual users the ability to access and edit their subdomain through MS Frontpage, without giving them access to the root or other users subdomains, and still retain the privilige to access all subs for myself.

So user 1 can access his account sub1.domain.org
user 2 can access his account sub2.domain.org
but they cannot edit each others, or the root.

Can this be done with .htaccess and related files or is there another method that I need to use?

You can manage users by using the "FTP Manager" link on your CPanel homepage. It should be fairly simple.
