Yet another newbie DNS question.

Hello Everyone,
Im trying to setup a DNS server on a new server install I am messing with. The operating system is windows, the web server is Apache, and i have MySQL/PHP5/Whatever else comes with Xammp. I also have ZPanel installed and i would like to setup a DNS Server so i can give the accounts domains.

Eg; www.server.com/jake i would want to make a DNS Zone so it becomes, www.jake.example.com or www.example.com, you know what im saying? Currently i have Simple DNS Plus installed. My server is behind a router and everything on that end is working fine. I know how to setup 1 domain and like it to a single IP address, but nothing like IP/Folder which is what im tryiing to learn.
