Extending Apache 2.0 with C modules

Hi!

I am looking for good documentation for how to write extension modules for Apache 2.0 in C. I have found so far only one good book, but it's old (Apache 1.3) and it focuses a lot on mod_perl.

Is there any good documentation online? Something with some explained examples?
