Country Blocking

I wish to block the following countries from my server:

China
Korea
Nigeria
Brazil
The Phillipines

My business has no interest in those countires.

I understand .htaccess would do this on a site by site basis, but I'd like to use IPFW if possible and block any possible server access.

Could anyone inform me of what's needed to be done to execute that?

For example, which file would I edit on the server, and in what format would the IPs be added, indeed does such a list exist for entire country IP blocks?
