Is that the user agent or the referrer? See that sometimes when visitors are blocking the referrer...

Those are usually referrer spam for me.

Since the form is that of a referrer, this may be the early Norton Security progam "anonymizing" the HTTP_Referer.

However, some of these visitors *are* troublemakers, just not log-spammers. Keep an eye on their behaviour, block by IP if necessary, and if *all* of the accesses you see over a few months' time are troublemakers, then block them by referrer.

Yes it's a referer
