Prevent hotlinking on a certain file

Hello,

I have a file that I want to make sure no can hotlink (i.e you can only get it by: being on my site, right click and choose "save as..")

How to write that in .htaccess?

and remember, only 1 file.. all other files on my server is permitted to be hotlinked...

and its not an image.
