Once and for all: Apache2 + Netlimiter

I used to run Apache 1.3.33, but was forced to upgrade to Apache 2.0.54.

Then I find out that Netlimiter doesn't register Apache2. Reading on forums, other people have got the same result.

Sooo.. if not Netlimiter will work..

1, Can I make Netlimiter work together with Apache2?
2, If not, how can I othervise limit the upload speeds of my webserver?
