I dont understand anything here, I dont think I can do this with PLESK, but what other options is there.
That will give you command-line access to your server.
You seem to suggest that your problem is with /usr and /home. The former is where your applications are stored, the latter is for your data. However, as Jim said, without know what is stored there (in particular in your home directory), it is impossible to suggest what to delete.
A good place to start looking for stuff to delete is /home/username/mail just deleted a ton of spam myself that had built up over the years to info@ webmaster@ etc etc
