Error log says file doesn't exist

I'm getting quite a few entries in the error log file that some files don't exist, but the files are valid and it does exist.

I don't know if it's related by the control panel is indicating that I have used 0MB used.

After I've cleared my cache I am able to load those pages which show up in the error log.

Is his just some temporary glitch?

I'm afraid I can't offer any insight without knowing more about your server setup, and the scripting technology you're using - if any.

I don't forgive temporary glitches for more than a week -- good hosting is simply too easy to find.
