When I test download my website with Webzip 6.0.
Why Webzip 6.0 not appear for user agent in log file?

It will appear in your FTP logs not your Web Logs.

Webzip and many other offline browsers offer a choice of User Agents...

How to protect it?

There's a bot trap in the forums but the site search doesn't work and someone may give you the right thread.
You can try
[google.com...]
but protecting from offline browsers is difficult.

If you are sure that only webzip uses this User Agent and you have access to Apache .htaccess modules, you can denie access to this UA
This tread gives links and examples:
[webmasterworld.com...]
However, UAs can easily be spoofed or modified by the spider user if he is blocked.
