Hi,

I have a large number of subdomains I created manually through CPanel. I'd like to delete most of them, but doing so using CPanel will very slow and tedious.

I've come up empty for examples on scripts to do this for me.

I'm in a shared hosting environment, but have shell access. I don't think I have access to the .conf file.

Does anyone have a script/example that correctlty deletes subdomains?

Thanks

One of the purposes of cPanel is to give you indirect, controlled access to httpd.conf. For this reason, I doubt you'll find a script to do this. I would recommend asking your host about this problem. You might end up backing up all the subdomain folders you want to keep, and then deleting everything and restoring the backup -- that might be faster. But ask your host first.
