Hi,
I have a problem with Apache configuration,
My webhost is using Apache server on Linux OS. I earsed some files in the file manager, specifically in public_html folder. then i placed my website in that folder, and now whenever i go to my site it gives the error: no website configured at this address. but before it was working properly, can anyone tell me what is the problem and how can i fix it.
thank you

temermoghareh,

Welcome to WebmasterWorld!

I erased some files in the file manager, specifically in public_html folder. then i placed my website in that folder.

What files did you erase?

Did you create backups before removing them?

Without knowing what files you deleted, or the contents of those files, diagnosing your problem will be very difficult, if not impossible.

If you do not have this information, I would suggest you contact your host, and ask them to re-initialize your account -- to restore the files that you deleted. Then, by studying the contents of those files, you may be able to learn how to avoid this problem in the future (and you can keep backups).
