After installing Apache, PHP and MySQL i'm trying to get phpBB 2 up and running. But i need some help here. I'm hosting a home server, but i don't really know where to get my database information. I assume that i have to create my own database, i've tryed MySQL > CREATE DATABASE forum;, but i came no closer. Could anybody give me step-by-step instructions about doing this? I've posted already in the 'new to web development' forum, but i was pointed to the apache web server forum.
Any help would be appreciated,
