apache - php - htmldoc

hello all,

First of I run apache on windows.
I am trying to use the passthru function in php with an .exe called htmldoc.
It looks like the htmldoc.exe was found by passthru but I get an error message saying "Authorization required, ...... wrong credentials...". The error message is produced by axis, a tcp monitor.

the apache error log says: ERR005: unable to find 'http://www.google.com'.
