Location, Location, Location!

I wish to install DeveloperSide.NET Web-Server Suite, for Windows NT/2000/XP (setup-1.14.exe), but where? Inside C: or in a separate partition, D:?

Are there any benefits of installing a web server in a different partition, or would I be better off with C:?

I've read the guidelines about firewalls, previous installations, perl etc, all of which are n/a.
