Cant connect from external machine.

I have apache 1.3.33 installed on my home machine running windows XP home just to learn about it before i even think about anything else.

The problem i have is i can view my website from my local machine but cannot from any external machine.

I have a address from no-ip.com which if i type in myserver.hopto.org it will go to my index.php file however if i go to a sub directory for example myserver.hopto.org/testfolder the address bar will auto change to [localhost...]

Cant figure out what i have done wrong

php and mysql are also installed and working fine from local machine.

If you have UseCanonicalName on, try setting it to off. That's all I can think of right now...

Otherwise, what isyour ServerName set to? It should not be "localhost."
