Hello, I'm looking to run personal site from home with apache. I've been looking around at numerous things to ensure I go online as secure as possible.

I have looked at a few sites and way to many google searches trying to find a site where I can find all security problems/downloadable patches for apache 2.0.40-6 and have found hardly anything.

Where should I go for a complete list of problems AND patches for apache?

I have already visited redhat.com/apache.org etc... and site search engines gave me nothing useful, and search around manualy gave little as well.

Thanks in advance..

2.0.52 is the lastest and has patched all known bugs/security problems.

From wherever you get your Apache from. 2.0.40-6 isn't a version released by Apache - I expect it is a patched version of 2.0.40 released by your vendor. If you were using the pure versions from httpd.apache.org, you should check there. (Hint - look on the left under "Essentials" where there is a link to "Security reports [httpd.apache.org]" - it's really not that difficult to find).

If you're using a version from you Redhat (who you mention) check [rhn.redhat.com...] for your product for all of its security updates.
