installing apache

Hi,

I have just installed Apache2 on WinXp...or rather I appear to have not done so...I click next every time I was asked to...Then I was told installation has finished...prior to this some DOS screens came up, and then went.

Anyway I then click on Start Server...and I get a DOS screen telling me that not possible as OS2 can't find specified file Apache 2..

I know I have to configure the HTTPd.conf file, for PHP. But I haven't installed PHP yet, and I want to get Apache working first!

I must me missing something really simple, Can anyone help?
