I'm trying to take care of a system remotely hosted that was set up with cPanel.
This is on a RHEL 3 system.
Apache is needing to be updated for security hole reasons from 1.3.31 to 1.3.33.
We're also using PHP 4.3.8 and PHP Accelerator.
I want to be able to update Apache without losing
any of the configuration setup or breaking PHP or
PHP Accelerator AND not end up with things not
working, putting the server out of business for all
our web clients.

I'm new to this cPanel stuff, and I don't know the
proper way to go about this. cPanel is alerting the
need to update Apache and suggests running
/scripts/easyapache to do the update. I am worried
that the script will possibly not keep all my config
settings or break the PHP Accelerator which was an
add-on not covered by cPanel.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
