I've newly installed apache 2.0 in windows xp. and when I typed "http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/test.pl" in IE, I've get a POPUP window and prompt me to download test.pl file. but when I typed "http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/test.pl/", tI get the correct display in IE windows? does anyone know this issue?

Looks like a possible configuration issue. Have you had a look at Apache's mod_dir [httpd.apache.org] module documentation?
