is this consider cheat?

Hi,everybody. i have some trouble in this,i need your help.

1.
I have two sites "www.a.com" and "www.b.com",they are about the same topic.

2.
"www.b.com" is top 1 in its keyword. "www.a.com" is not.

3.
now i want to increase the rank of "www.a.com" in alexa. so i use apache redirect the "www.b.com" to "a.b.com". so in the SE, anyone check the link from "www.b.com" can goto "b.a.com".

so i want to know, is this cheat SE. thanks for your help!

Some might consider having two sites about the same subject to be cheating. But I don't think that redirecting one to a subdomain of the other is going to help much.

Alexa is very important only in the Korean market. If you don't have a large Korean customer base, then don't worry too much about Alexa. Focus on Baidu, Google, Yahoo, Sohu (SoGou), and other .cn search engines. For more (and probably better) information, see our Asia and Pacific region forum.
