How to Transfer Reseller Accounts from One Host to Another

Hi All,

I have a "reseller" account (Plesk) that I am outgrowing, and I want to transfer all of the domains to my new VPS (cPanel with root access). What is the best way to faciliate such a transfer?

I was thinking about just logging in as root under the VPS and FTPing each of the accounts into it's new location on the new server - but this could still take forever!
Any ideas?
