Two apache httpd.conf file?

Hello

I just installed Apache. But I find there are two conf file

One is under /etc/httpd/conf
One is under /usr/local/apache2/conf

Currently my machine uses the 1st one.

I am confused. Why there are two configuration files?

Any help? Thanks
