cgi inside virtual host folder

Hi...

I have used ApacheConf to set up a virtual host, and it works fine when I want to view the html files and so on...

But how do I set it up to execute the scripts inside a cgi-bin inside the virtual host?
C;/mysites/site1
C:/mysites/site1/cgi-bin
