where is this coming from in my error_log file

Can't figure where it is coming from in my error_log

[Sun May 16 01:16:33 2004] [error] [client 555.555.555.555] Can't stat the blocklist file '/usr/local/apache/sites/data/blocked.txt': No such file or directory, referer: [site.org...]

Anyone had that problem before or know how to fix it?

Well, it looks like you have a blocking script to block known-bad IP addresses and maybe user-agents, and the data file it uses is missing.
