I want to rename my formail to avoid it's being abused. I go into my cgi-bin and rename it and then I change the line that calls it on my form to reflect the new name. It gives an error (404). I looked into the formmail.pl on my hosts file manager and it refers to formmail.pl several times so I guess that is the problem (maybe). The other problem is that the host will not allow me to edit that file.
When I try to download formmail.pl my ftp program does weird things like connecting to other sites I've worked on and opening other directories of my site.
Its all kind of strange.
I'm running NMS FormMail Version 3.09c1
