I am trying to load some scripts on my local machine. I am using phpdev with mod_perl.
When I start the server and go into the cgi-bin I get a situations where some scripts work and others dont. They are the ones that come with the program as a test.
Here is a log from the error log. It is 500 error
couldn't spawn child process: c:/phpdev/www/cgi-bin/admin/admin.cgi
Others work fine
Any ideas?
