Apologies if this is an incorrect thread.

I have this in an access log:

217.158.210.239 - - [13/Feb/2004:04:51:19 +0000] "GET / HTTP/1.1" 200 - "XXXX:++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; Avant Browser [avantbrowser.com])"

There are two lines much the same and I'm confused as to the "XXXX:+++ etc... if anyone could shed some light I'd be gratful.

they are there due to a package the visitor is using to hide the referrer... it may be a proxy they are using or even something like norton system works...

Many thanks, nothing too sinister then.
