windows xp and apache 2.48

I have suddenly got a problem with my apache server that has been running for months. Now all of a sudden I am getting strange errors and the server shuts down or slows down tremendously.

I believe these errors may help someone to recognize the problem, as I have seen the problem discussed but only on new servers installed on xp. Mine worked find for over six months, but now isn't.

I run this server on port 427. I use a forwarding service to redirect the domain name to the correct port, and have been for over a year.

Any ideas where to begin?
