2) Traffic coming in through links from ´good´ other websites and from people who have bookmarked you.
3) The traffic you buy from Yahoo Search Marketing and AdwordsAm I missing anything folks?
I'm pretty sure traffic from type-ins would be fine (like if your site was mentioned in offline advertising or other media).
As for quality traffic. I strongly believe that the best traffic is natural traffic. Every time I happen to get a goood link from a popular site or forum, I see my eCPM lowered. But when I manage to get lots of traffic trickling in from many different sources, my eCPM goes up.
