i'm banned 2 times, in less than 3 months.
When i try to login in, it say :
"Account Not Active
An AdSense account does not exist for this login, as it is associated with an unapproved application. For more information about your application, please review the message we sent to the email address you provided with your application. "
I'll appreciate any help, thank you

Are you be able to log into your account? I think previous banned adsensers were not able to log into their account and it will show you like "No account was found with this login" or something, but not pre-approved message.
So, my site not banned because of :it is in black list or someone report abuse?
WE DON'T KNOW - ASK GOOGLE!
When Google ban, they don't just ban the webmaster, they ban all sites that webmaster had adsense banners on. Therefore if your site got banned before, having a second adsense account in your name, or anybody else's serving ads on the previously banned site is going to result in another ban for that site AND any others that webmaster has placed banners on.
i'm not able to log in my account, it's say acount not active. also the ads stop showing on my sites.
david_uk :
you are right, i just change my name and creat a new account at adsense, but i put them in the same banned sites . When google adsense ban, he ban sites or names? or both . if my site is already banned , what is the solution... should i creat a new domain and start again from the begining?
coz i alread banned for invalid click, then i creat a new account, and put the code in my site. if it is the reason, what's the solution now.
forget <snip>.com and creat a new domain and put adsense in it, or just clean <snip>.com and continue adsense in it
?

Why were you booted the first time?
Did you try and get in the back door by opening another account under someone else's name?
Analyze the answers to these questions and you may figure out the reason.
As has been shown over and over in this forum Google does not throw people out of AdSense arbitrarily. There is a reason and you are in the best position to know what that reason is.
If you want to try and get back in then read the many other threads here that will tell you the procedures to follow.
<edit>Sorry he had already posted before I uploaded mine.
I think the answers are getting clearer.

If...........you can add, do a count on the word Australia, I got 12 but then my maths isnt perfect, BUT, if you get 12 too then that points to STUFFING as in KEYWORD STUFFING ............ got it?

Wonder if we could get the other poster, the one who hated us all and thought up IQ tests, to make one for babies then the ones like the OP could be weeded out. Think of the money those parents could save!
Ann
- I did a word count on "australia" on the specific page you asked about. You used the word 67 times on that page. But that's peanuts. On your index-page the result was 370 times for the keyword "sms"! It is called keyword stuffing and it is against Adsense TOS. Many more of your pages have keyword stuffing.
- Your "advertise" page has no content but inbound links and Adsense code. Against Adsense TOS.
- You got links and pages called "sex jokes" and "erotic jokes". Might also be against Adsense TOS.
- Many of your joke pages are duplicates.
Against Adsense TOS.
- I can't imagine you wrote the pages with explanation of what SMS means and the history of SMS yourself. If these pages are copyright protected and if you used them without permission of the author, you might be stealing content. Against Adsense TOS.
And against the law by the way.
- You link to so many other free this and that pages that the risk of linking to bad neighborhoods is very big. If you did that, against Adsense TOS.
I could go on for hours but I think the point is clear. Either you don't care about rules, or you don't spend enough time understanding the rules you should comply with.
For example: You disregard the rules of this forum by putting your URL in this thread 3 times. Although the moderator removes your URL you just continue this behavior.
My advice to you is start all over again.
This time clean.
And do some reading
The not posting links rules is so plain stupid... Just because the owner wants to horde PR on this forum.
The rule exists for a reason: Without it, the forums would be overrun with spam by shady SEO consultants, affiliates selling SEO software or Web hosting, people looking to inherit PR from Webmaster World, etc. However, members can post their URLs in their profiles once they've demonstrated--through participation in the community--that they aren't hit-and-run spammers.
Getting back to the topic of this thread:
The original poster has said that he was banned from Google the first time for invalid clicks. It stands to reason that Google wouldn't give him the benefit of the doubt after a second incident, especially when his site doesn't pass the "smell test" (if only because of blatant keyword stuffing that looks shady even to a layman and clearly violates the Google Webmaster Guidelines).
I'll follow your advice and start all over again. creat new domain and clean my site from any abuse rule.
You are right my fault is i don't read a lot rules and guidlines... it's a mistakes.
I disregard the rules of this forum by putting my URL in this thread 3 times. I'm sorry, really sorry. Thank you for your advice and understanding.
I'll change all my site and put it under a new domain name, and start from begin.
I'll reduce, the number of keyword and add more content, and delet any article without a premission or with copyright.
Thank you again all, you really help me a lot
This is the start of a good attitude. I really appreciate you responding like this. Other folks that got some pretty harsh comments from us got angry and walked away. You say you are sorry and want to do it right this time. I hope you succeed in this.
Although there is a big chance Adsense will not except you any more, there are other programs that might accept your new site. Best of luck!
