Can somebody tell me which bank issues the checks and how much time could take to get the money if i brought the check to the issuer bank?
i am from Estonia and my first check is on my way.

That all depends on your bank which you're working with. I think the checks are Citibank checks but that has nothing to do with the withdrawal, you have to find the right bank for your needs. I withdraw my checks in just 1 hour (approx.) maybe shorter.
