Adsense PSA Problem

Shows PSA sometimes, sometimes shows proper ads

Hi,

I am confused, I have sites where I have added adsense, sometimes (almost 60% times) proper ads are shown, but suddenly there is a PSA shown, which goes away when page is refreshed, Not able to understand what can be the reason.

Another problem, on one of my sites, home page shows PSA, and innar pages shows proper ads. Can anybody clarify what I must be doing wrong.

When impressions for a given page are split between targeted ads and PSAs it's likely that the supply of targeted ads for the page is too low to always show targeted ads.

If your main page shows PSAs, either there aren't targeted ads for the content on it, Google can't target based on the content on the page or the content on the page triggered "negative content" (negative words such as "death", "rape", etc. found at a high enough word density, etc.) filters that prevent targeted ads from being shown.

Create alternate versions of your main page and the other content pages for testing.

thank you for providing valuable information, I know I am not suppose to enter specifics, but giving one site example, <snip>, home page shows PSAs and other pages are showing proper ads. Can you have a look and tell me what I must be doing wrong.
