Hi there,

When I login to adsense I'm getting a red box with "Your payments are currently on hold. Action is required to release payment. Click here for details." When I click on the link it takes me to the payment history page and there's a message: "Check returned undeliverable - please contact AdSense Support". Did anyone experience this before? I've already emailed google but haven't had a reply, it's been two days now.

makes a little sense

It's a holiday weekend. Expect some delays until probably towards the middle of this week, or even later this week.

You say in the subject "Payment Cancelled".

In fact it's just your cheque being returned because of a delivery problem.

If you haven't or aren't currently doing anything against the AdSense TOS then don't worry - it will be resolved.

Double check your address info in your account details.

Is this your first cheque?

Welcome to WW.

No, I've been getting checks from google for couple of years now. Maybe the check has expired, I've got it but didn't have a chance to take to my bank straight away.

'Maybe the check has expired'

If you don't need those checks then endorse them and send to the red cross. That way you won't need to go to the bank and they will be put to good use.

They are not going to stop payment on a check that is only 3 weeks old. Contact them tomorrow and get this thing worked out.

I had a "Payment Cancelled" notice once. I was a bit upset, then I contaced Google and it was because they had gotten their check returned-- I had switched addresses, and so what they did is just roll the earnings over to the next month.

They don't cancel a check that quick.
I always keep 2 checks before cashing them.

Well. As it turns out one of my checks bounced back to google (for some reason) and that is why they put hold on my payments. Hopefully it's all sorted out now.

Thanks All for your replies.
