The "click issue" was one I alerted them to, a repeating pattern of a lot of clicks from one ip on one advert on one page.

Can't make sense of it, it was so often as to make me unsure the clicks were genuine.

But of course with the 24 hour 1 ip rule. It does not make sense as an attempt to damage me or the advertiser.

my ecpm has been over 90 cents for the last two weeks consistently and surprise , surprise, after this google screw up, it has slumped to 21 cents in the space of half an hour....number of clicks and page impressions reported are in line only income is down ( about 80 % )

one of those things you just have to grin and bear, this has happened on at least 3 occasions this year but generally gets back to normal after 3 or 4 days of pathetic earnings levels.

Funny old world. I run two types of site on one account. A "charitable" site from which the income is ring fenced, and that has done badly today :(

But my income sites, from a poor beginning have bounced back to a record level :)

My stats have been stuck from time to time yesterday resulting in about a 50% earning loss. I doubt if G will do something about this. However, while checking my websites I saw much more PSA's than usual, even on very targeted pages. So perhaps part of the explanation is that G is serving more PSA's cause Ka%$#@!trina. If that is the case I rest easy knowing my money will be spend well...

50 percent of normal Monday revenues, and it's past midnight in California. I'll check again in a few hours and hope this is not the real deal but it might be. Monday was labor day and I hope that is why everything is so low, and not some algo change or major glitch.
