Stats stuck for the last 2-3 hours, right? I made some major changes to my site so I just want to make sure that the changes are not the reason for the absence of clicks. Thanks...

LOL... calm down people. It will update before the days ends, or the next morning. Nothing to get all so worked up. This is one thing YPN is not having: it only updates once a day!

Well, there goes using YPN out the window, I'd be a basket case

We should start Adsensoholics Anonymous...

What about the brotherhood of greed ... ;)

absolutely, like i said, i donīt think itīs deliberate but the idea that somehow the reporting stats/data can be frozen but are somehow miraculously saved" to be applied later, is extremely naive

It seems sort of naive to think that they have somehow stopped reporting just because you don't see the stats in the control panel.

It's quite easy to continue to track each impression and click but NOT publish the reports in realtime or even within 24 hours.

It's not a miracle to know that data can be saved but not published until they decide to publish it.

I'll bet someone left a beer on top of the server rack at the Google Party the other night (i swear it wasn't me) and today someone bumped the rack and the beer tipped over and >BZZZT!< bye bye server doing the AdSense updating.

I see an update when you run "This month, by day" only at this time and of course SysSense is showing it, don't know where in the heck it gets the amount from in Google

I wonder why AdSense advisor only alerts us half the time. Is he'she too busy running screaming through a hallway at the Googleplex for a fire extinguisher?

I still don't see it on the .com

offer proof how? by posting our server stats in open forum?

Anything would be an improvement on rumor and innuendo.

Unfortunately, rumour and innuendo are all we have on a web site that forbids any external link of any kind including simple http links to text or photos hosted on image shack etc ;)
No, iīm not criticising this site just pointing out the rules and why it is impossible to back up everything that we claim.

Adsense update =

CTR up
CPM up
CPC up
Earnings up

doesn't look like they're stealing from me.

Follow up the french stats seem behind too though.

In a wierd way I like it when the stats freeze. I'll admit I am addicted to watching my stats throughout the day. On days like this I still check quite often (I use the AdSenseLog tool) but enjoy seeing the jump as soon as the stats are up-to-date.

No harm done and forces me to change things up a little from my regular day-to-day processes.

the stats vultures are at it again..

people rather spend their time mass-refreshing the stats page than spend that wasted time creating some useful pages..

well i am obviously being punished for my earlier criticisms of google as my daily earnings just went from $ 58 to $ 72 and are now back down to $ 58 again (meaning they have wiped off all the updates they just attributed to me) no doubt they will come back again ;)

edit: nope, found it again, appears on all time stats and today stats but not this month or last 7 day stats....i downgrade my all out nuclear attack on google HQ from defcon 2 to defcon 3 ( or is that the other way round)?

No update here in NY for at least 4 hours. Put me in the camp that believes G loses some data during these "glitches." Happened yesterday too and earnings were the 2nd lowest day of the month so far... right after my BEST day of the month.

"Glitches" and errors and problems get old fast when it's your livlihood involved.

I am complaining. I've complained before and gotten positive results. My thinking is that if you don't complain, you get whatever they want to give you, and that applies for all aspects of life. Don't be a sheeple. Speak out if you are not happy. At least in the US we have the right to "persue" happiness. I am an ardent persuer.

I just find this type of threads so therapeutic :-))

Woke up this morning (I'm at GMT/UTC +8) to uncharacteristically low earnings - and came to this forum right away - 45 minutes and 2 updates later, and I'm all smiles now.

mine are being updated - but they are quite a bit down on normal (probably around 30% less than an average day in terms of impressions and therefore earnings - and I know my site stats are 'normal' today form my server stats).

Looking good. Today is the second best day of the week. It's going to be hard to beat the best day since that was an all-time high.

my stats are still about half behind for this time of morning in australia.

hopefully by the end of today they will rise back up to my normal? rate.

Stats updated and all metrics are solid. Proof that complaining produces positive results. ;-)
