Is my Account Banned?

Yesterday, I tried to access my Adsense account. It said that my account wasn't active for some reason - then it told me to check an e-mail. The thing is that every e-mail from that e-mail account got deleted because of inactivity for two months I think (I made a new e-mail and forgot about the old one).

My income just reached $100 dollars this month...

Now my ads just look white and I can't access my Adsense account. Have I been banned? I can't understand why since I've never clicked on my links or anything. I've already e-mailed Google to see what's going on... do you guys think I'm banned - or could it be something else?

Hard to tell, I would wait and see what Google's response will be.

If you can't login and your ads aren't displaying it sounds like you've been disabled.

Are they white with a PSA or just all white?

eeek - there is a possibility that you were somehow violating TOS and that Adsense support have been trying to contact you to put it right?

As you have not seen the email and not resolved the violations maybe you went past the point of no return without realising.

That is only one possible scenario of course - another is you might have been booted immediately for a grave transgression.

If I were you I'd write to Adsense support explaining that the email address in your account was not working and ask them to send you the email again (this time at an address where you can receive it).

Grovelling might help (of course it probably won't).

Let us know how you get on...

if its telling you to check your email, and your ads are white, you account IS disabled.. do email them and ask why, do check the TOS.
