Why I receive Google Public Service Ads?

I started with Google Adsense before 1 month. Till 2 days ago I receive from Google only Public Service Ads. I tried couple of things, but still nothing.
My web site is in Bulgarian Language. My be that is the reason.

P.S. Before 3 days everything was fine.

As you mentioned, it’s quite possible you are receiving public service ads because your site is in the Bulgarian language. The reason for this is that at this time, Bulgarian is not supported by the AdSense program.

For a list of the languages we do support, please see:

Although we don’t yet have a date as to when we’ll be able to support other languages, we do plan to increase the number of languages supported in the future.

In the meantime, if you do not wish to display public service ads, we suggest removing the AdSense code until we’re able to support Bulgarian.

try making a website in english, not in your language. English is the most widely used language over internet.

And for best performance, try to cater visitors from developed countries.
