Adsense in the Newsletter

I have a query.

If I publish newsletter and keep that page on the site itself. I simply send link to my subscribers, not the whole newsletter in his inbox. I have adsense code pasted on the newsletter.

In this case, the same subscribers will click the code once in a month. Is it against TOC?

Nah! I dont think so. When you send only a link to subscribers of your newsletter, then you are just directing them towards a normal web page.

Just dont spamm to bring more traffic to your website. Such spam traffic wont result in low conversation ratio of the Google Advertisers and you may get effected from SmartPricing.

Sensing AdSense code in email newsletter is definately NOT allowed. Check TOS.

Sending a valid link may be ok but may call for an action against spam.

Is there any service that provides PPC for newsletters?

I saw mentioned on these boards that Tribal Fusion allows ppc in newsletters but i have not yet checked into it.

Let me know if you find others.
