Forty days and still no pin

will requesting another invalidate the old?

My adsense pin was apparently sent 40 days ago, and yet it still hasn't arrived. (Im in Queensland, Australia). Ive heard of it taking 35 days for someone in Australia, but was that just an extreme case?

Im reluctant to request a new pin in case the first one arrives the next day. If I do, will the first pin still work? Or is it re-generated and the old one invalidated. (I would suspect so, ie if it never arrives, its possible the pin has landed in the wrong hands I guess).

Should I hang in there, or request a new pin? Its pretty frustrating as its my first payment, and Ive already waited 40days just for the pin, and will probably need to wait that again for the cheque :(

i would wait until the 14th of the new month.
Because if you enter the Pin before the 15th of the month you will get paid out in the acutall period.
If the PIN had not arrived until this date, it is not soo angry wenn you order a new PIN and the old arrives.

I believe the pins are the same, so you can still use your old pin if it arrives. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

"Its pretty frustrating as its my first payment", Yep its pretty incompetent of Google. I have been getting cheques for about 4 years from cj and not once has it taken more than 2 weeks to arrive from the States to New Zealand.

Request for new PIN in the mean time if you receive OLD PIN simply enter it, new PIN will be same.

I've been waiting for almost 7 weeks now for my PIN and I'm in Canada!

Mine came the day I requested a new PIN. I had waited about 6 weeks.

I just requested a new pin, the page you get after you request the pin states to the effect: "Should you receive the first pin before the second one arrives, the first pin will still work'

Would have been nice to have this information on the page *before* hitting the request new pin button.
