Hello,

I am testing out new ads using channels and had two clicks and netted 3 cents.

Is there a minimum amount per click? Less than 3 cents per click seems low.

Minimum for adwords is $0.05 ... so split that up between you & Google and subtract some for SmartPricing... I guess it's possible to get -$0.03 although I've never seen it happen.

Thanks, Shun.

So, in your opinion, there is no minimum price webmasters receive in click earnings, right? I mean 2 clicks ... 3 cents. That means 1.5, 1 or .5 cents for the clicks.

Thanks.

3cents is normal for me, I don't think it goes lower than 3cents per click in any case.

My average perday comes to $0.03 - $0.07 per click.

I've seen 1 cent clicks a couple times on my site, thankfully not often. I've only noticed what seem to be exact numbers when a channel gets only one click for the entire day.

I seem to recall that in some countries the minimum bid is 2 cents. In that case a 1 cent payout seems very possible. so where the click comes from might make a difference.

I would change the channel, I don't like the program they're playing on that one!

It happens, don't panic, let it run a while and see how it plays out.

I just had a new site give me five clicks for three cents. I think that some of those clicks may be for non-paying public service ads.

minimum -

it is all in hands of Almighty Google:

0 cents - if he decides you earn nothing.
1 cent - if he will be soooo merciful to give you something.

Yahoo on the way.
I will switch immediately.
I'm sick and tired of this stupidity and
darknes of bullsh!t stupidpricing.

I'm producing now 5 times more clicks than
6 month ago and earning 2 times less.

Yes one of my sites attracts very little money per click - often less than 3c. There's just no competition for the keywords among advertisers.

Remember also, although you are paid in round numbers, Google will be working with fractions. So less than 1c may even be possible although you'd probably get the cent!

I had a channel that tracked a 1 cent click - so it is definitely possible - needless to say, I don't have adsense there any more.

From site-targeted CPM ads, one channel earned me yesterday a whooping $0.01! Another one with $0.02. So CPM can really bring us good money - afterall, without the CPM ad, that should have been zero (yeah, right).

I see that kind of low value clicks quite frequently. Seems my site is about the only tourism destination one in my area offering adsense, and the hotel booking sites flock in. I'm experimenting with just one or two blocks on a page to see if that weeds out the lower-paying clicks, but I'm not sure that is how it works.

Something strange is going on and it stinks!

On Saturday my EPC was USD 0.18.

On Sunday my EPC was USD 0.12 with many USD 0.04-0.06 per click, obviously there must have been some 0.18's to average 0.12 but a 33% reduction?

For my Adwords campaign I am paying USD 0.22 for targeted words, average position 9.3, therefore who is earning all the money I am paying out?

I'll you who...Google!

My ads have not been seen on virtually any site within my niche, only in the SERPS which is useless to me since for most of my targeted words I am ranked, in most cases, first, second third and fourth inclusive.

Today's earnings are continuing at the USD 0.12 epc...why?

I've said it before, I no longer trust Google, there is no transparency as to how we can improve earnings since they won't tell us the ads users are clicking.

If everyone is using my sites for USD 0.12 epc, then fine, I want to know what it is they're looking at since why should anyone in my niche bother paying USD 0.22+ if no one "supposedly" is clicking on them?

Or are they G?

I feel ya.

I had two .50c clicks yesterday.

Today, I had 22 clicks so far, and made less than a dollar.

I dont get it. If anyone has some solid advice, I'll listen. I read most other posts too.

I expected more from the 'gaming' community.

I got a four block skyscraper. Periodically, it gives me one large image.

I wonder if the one large image is worth more - people seem to like that one. ;)
